Body Mind Sol has supported several sports, apparel & health product companies and charities. Our founder Sol Walkling’s passion lies in helping those with trauma – held in physical, mental or emotionanl body – to find freedom and greater expression in their lives. She regularly teaches free yoga sessions and is open to donation-based work for those in need of assistance.

With a deep belief we are all one, Sol is committed to empowering others.

Her personal story continues to inspire through her perseverance and commitment to living in a more whole and holistic way. Sol believes that trauma can be moved using the physical body as a gateway and movement and mindfulness practice as a tool. She is particularly inspired by the work of Marianna Williamson, Caroline Myss, Michael Beckwith and Peter Levine.

Interviews with Sol have appeared in the evening news during her time assisting Ben Austin’s training for the Commonwealth Games in Delhi, Women’s Running Australia magazine, a book by Julie Parker titled My Recovery, Latte Life, the Manly Daily and several online publications and blogs.

Sol’s aim is to help people find greater connection and freedom in themselves and with others. Her life vision is the creation of a holistic health centre for people suffering from trauma with donation-based movement, arts, nutrition, counselling and other holistic therapies.
