Now, the beginning of the festive (and silly) season, is the perfect moment to commit to a fresh start to 2016. Setting up the year through an intention of creating a mindful movement practice, exploring awareness techniques to focus and quieten the mind as well as to gain an edge in your life. The first step on your your path to greater wellness in body, mind and being may start right here. By setting an intention and planning little steps to help you stay on track. Our workshops, immersions and retreats are designed to help you along the way.
This December, senior facilitator Sol Walkling invites you to join her and her musician and healer friends for several workshops at studios across Sydney. Come along on December 5th for a cacao, meditation, yoga and dance at 2pm before Sol’s restorative yoga class at 4.30pm at Pranaspace Rose Bay or join a special New Year’s Eve event with sound healer Matt Omo Gong Guru and shamanic and yoga therapy facilitator Denby Sheather at Qi Yoga. In April, we’ll lull you to sleep to the sounds of the jungle in Costa Rica – after a day of gentle qi gong, blissful flowing yoga on the beach and surfing pristine breaks, clambering through volcanic back country and learning about permaculture, performance and the power of mindfulness exercises. We invite you to come play with us in the Costa Rican blue zone (one of the three areas on the planet with the highest number of centenarians).
