Private Sessions


We offer expert guidance in mind body personal training, Pilates and yoga therapy programmes. Mindful movement drives our approach even to our stronger athletic sessions. We use various equipment to challenge you throughout the workout. Using mind body exercise as a gateway to greater freedom, ease and space in your physical body, .

For our Sydney clients’ convenience, we offer private sessions at centrally located Bondi Pilates as well as exclusive members-only sessions at the Royal Motor Yacht Club with Sol Walkling, privates and groups outdoors and at a home or studio location of your choice within Sydney.

An initial consultation and postural analysis + 2 follow-ups are highly recommended. Most clients attend between one to three times a week to complement their existing schedule – both work and exercise. As we progress, a focus on a goal will help you stay on track and continue to see improvements. We want you to experience profound shifts in your daily life through a established movement and mindfulness practice. Below are our options – from 30 mins in studio to dedicated 1.5 hour sessions at home within Sydney.

Creating awareness with functional training, Pilates and yoga techniques, you will learn to transform movement patterns, improve postural habits,  rehabilitate injuries and release trauma from your physical body. Safety and science underpin the sequences and inform the continuous adaptation of our approach as we progress you from simple movement patterns on the reformer and treadmill to more complex and challenging environments using balancing equipment and high intensity full body workouts. We encourage our clients to add meditation to their physical and mental body workout routine and offer guided meditation.
